Terms

These terms cover this website only. The Ember app has its own terms, including everything about Ember Pro. You can read them in the app, on your account screen under About, and they're linked on the screen where you buy Ember Pro.

What this site is

It tells you about Ember and lets you join a list to hear when early access opens.

Ember is not out yet

Joining the list doesn't promise you a place, a date or a price. We may change our plans.

Who it is for

Ember is for adults, 18 and over.

Safety

Ember is support, not treatment. It isn't an emergency service, and it doesn't replace a doctor, a therapist or a crisis line. If you're in danger right now, call your local emergency number (112 across the EU).

Signing up

Use an email address that is yours. Don't sign up on behalf of someone else.

The site itself

We may change or close this site at any time. We try to keep it working, but we can't promise it is always available or free of faults.

Law

Italian law applies to these terms.
